We are seeking Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team with 3 years of experience in Personal Injury. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Duties

  • Analyze medical records, accident reports, and other evidence to determine the strength of the case.
  • Advise clients on the merits of their case, potential legal outcomes, and settlement options.
  • Gather and review evidence related to the injury, including photographs, witness statements, and expert opinions.
  • Coordinate with private investigators or accident reconstruction specialists to determine fault.
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach a fair settlement for clients.
  • Advise clients on settlement offers and help them decide whether to accept or reject a settlement.
  • Draft and send demand letters outlining the client’s injuries, damages, and liability to insurance companies or at-fault parties.
  • Meet with clients to gather information, explain the legal process, and manage expectations.
  • Keep clients updated on the progress of their claims, including any settlements or offers.
  • Research relevant personal injury laws, precedents, and regulations to support case strategies.
  • Stay current with developments in personal injury law and applicable state and federal guidelines.
