We are seeking a skilled and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in various personal injury cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis related to pre-suit personal injury cases.
  • Interviewing clients to gather essential case information and assess the merits of potential claims.
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Handling Global settlements and recorded statements
  • Representing clients in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Providing ongoing legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the pre-suit process.
