Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury – Atlanta, GA


A top go-to plaintiff’s personal injury firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated litigation injury attorney for its Atlanta, GA office. This role is ideal for a passionate advocate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in the courtroom, and committed to delivering top-tier legal representation for personal injury clients. You will handle a full litigation caseload, with the support of a dedicated team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage Personal Injury files from inception through trial
  • Work up litigation files from filing the lawsuit, drafting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and trial
  • Regularly interact with clients, adjusters, staff, experts, and attorneys
  • Successfully lead a litigation team of 5 plus people
  • Work cohesively in a team environment
  • Pre-Litigation case management and negotiation


Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active member of the Georgia Bar
  • Minimum of 3 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Trial experience preferred
  • Experience litigating trucking and other commercial motor vehicle cases a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
