As a Janitor, you’ll provide top notch Janitorial services to the housing communities by:
  • Ensuring that the offices, residential units, common areas and interior areas are cleaned and properly maintained according to specified guidelines.
  • Demonstrating the ability to move items as necessary and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
  • Performing some maintenance duties as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • High School Diploma or higher education.
  • Technical school or equivalent maintenance, janitorial or grounds keeping experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer and technical skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary for training
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to be flexible and receptive to diverse population
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
