  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
  • Location: Boardman office (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) and Howland office (Thu).
  • The Perks: NO evenings, NO weekends, and NO holidays.

What You'll Do:
  • Patient Connection: Manage clinical phone lines, triage inquiries, and relay results to patients.
  • Care Coordination: Schedule procedures and follow-ups while ensuring all records are ready for hospital cases.
  • Medication Management: Process prescription refills accurately via EMR.
  • Quality & Safety: Maintain a professional environment and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and TJC standards.

What You'll Need:
  • License: Current Ohio LPN license and AHA BLS certification.
  • Experience: 1+ years of direct patient care (3+ years in a physician office or ambulatory setting is preferred).
  • Skills: Experience with EMR systems and a talent for multitasking with empathy.
