A day in the life.
As our Client Coordinator on the Agribusiness team, you will:
  • Creating renewal packets
  • Requesting loss runs
  • Creating premium and loss summaries
  • Creating renewal certificate holder lists
  • Issuing auto ID cards
  • Updating certificate templates
  • Handling BPRC activities
  • Mailing policies
  • Setting up proposal templates
  • Handling all endorsement activity including change requests, follow up, checking (direct bill) and delivery to the client (direct bill).
  • Following up with clients regarding driver and equipment lists
  • Claims notification and follow up
  • Handling livestock auction claims for the Canopius program.
  • Handling assigned livestock-only book of business
  • Assist in preparing marketing submissions
  • Issuing certificates based on existing templates
  • Handling monthly stock reports
  • Assisting Client Managers with the following EPIC related functions:
  • Setting up Master Marketing submissions
  • Adding BR-M Activity for each expiring policy as needed
  • Creating Auto, Driver and Equipment Excel workbooks
  • Moving Marketed policies to Current policies
  • Downloading policies and sending them to Patra for checking

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
  • Reading, writing, and mathematical skills that would normally be acquired through the acquisition of a high school diploma.
  • Possess or have the ability to acquire applicable resident and non-resident agency/broker license within 3 months of hire and comply with continuing education requirements.
  • Preference will be given to those with experience working with bonds.
  • Strong team-environment skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a group.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in PC applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to produce and deliver focused communication both verbally and in writing throughout all levels of client organizations, the Agency, as well as insurance carriers and third-party brokers.
  • Strong aptitude for flexibility and multi-tasking with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will possess the ability to grow their knowledge within this position and advance into roles increasingly integral to the department.
