As an Agricultural Sales Representative, you'll work directly with farmers, business owners, and industry professionals to help turn their vision into reality. If you're a people person who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and spending time both in the office and out in the field, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses
  • Help clients plan and develop construction projects from start to finish
  • Meet with customers, understand their needs, and create solutions that work
  • Work alongside engineers, project managers, and construction teams to bring projects to life.
  • Attend trade shows, expos, and industry events to connect with people and grow the business
  • Visit project sites and keep clients informed throughout the building process
  • Help navigate permits, approvals, and site planning
  • Stay connected with past clients and help them plan future projects

What We're Looking For
  • A passion for agriculture and working with people
  • Dairy or agricultural experience is a huge plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to have honest conversations and solve problems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Procore experience is a bonus)
  • Willingness to travel locally and attend industry events
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License

Education & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, agriculture, construction, or a related field preferred
  • Associate degree in business, agriculture, marketing, or a related field is a plus-but we value experience and drive, too!
