[Remote] Agricultural Sales Representative (Agribusiness exp req) Description

Our client in the agribusiness industry is looking for an Agricultural Sales Representative to add to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new grower relationships, supporting existing commercial accounts, and providing consultative agronomic guidance to new and existing customers. Leveraging your background in agribusiness sales, horticulture, crop science, or grower support, you will work closely with growers to optimize their success within the Southeast territory (FL/GA/NC). This role is well-suited for candidates who are proactive, relationship-driven, technically knowledgeable, and comfortable operating independently in a highly-visible, relationship-driven role. [Remote] Agricultural Sales Representative (Agribusiness exp req) Responsibilities

•    Develop and maintain new business opportunities with prospective commercial growers
•    Guide customers in variety selection, crop management, irrigation, fertigation, and cultural care
•    Support licensees with plant orders and provide technical assistance
•    Conduct onsite customer visits, field evaluations, and trial support activities
•    Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and customer data within CRM system
•    Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to leadership teams
•    Support forecasting efforts through opportunity tracking and demand planning
•    Report field observations and product performance feedback to internal teams
•    Represent the company at industry meetings, trade shows, and grower or customer events
•    Plan and deliver educational seminars to growers and customers within assigned territory
•    Coordinate customer visits to nursery and farm locations as needed
•    Deliver high levels of customer service, responsiveness, and relationship management

•    Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territory (FL/GA/NC) required
•    Valid driver’s license required
