Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic SAP - Commodity Management / Agri Commodity - Functional Leader to drive excellence in commodity trading and management processes within the agricultural sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead transformative initiatives, optimize commodity workflows, and shape the future of commodity solutions through innovative strategies. As a key leader, you will collaborate across teams to implement best practices, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver impactful business outcomes. Your expertise will empower our organization to navigate complex commodity markets with agility and confidence.

 

Duties

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP Commodity Management solutions tailored for agricultural commodities, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Drive change management initiatives by developing comprehensive strategies that facilitate seamless adoption of new processes and technologies across global teams.

Develop and execute strategic planning efforts to enhance commodity trading workflows, risk management practices, and supply chain integration.

Collaborate with management consulting teams to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend innovative process improvements that boost efficiency and accuracy.

Conduct detailed research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting commodity management.

Lead business consulting efforts by engaging stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver tailored SAP solutions that meet operational needs.

Oversee project management activities for large-scale implementations or upgrades, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

Facilitate business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for process optimization or system enhancements that add value to commodity operations.

Provide expertise in business analysis to evaluate system performance, generate insights from data analysis, and support decision-making processes.

 

Experience

Proven experience leading SAP Commodity Management or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions within the agricultural or commodities trading sector.

Extensive background in change management strategies that successfully drive organizational transformation and user adoption.

Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of developing long-term roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.

Demonstrated expertise in management consulting or business consulting roles focused on process improvement and operational excellence.
