Agility jobs typically refer to roles that require adaptability, quick thinking, and the ability to respond to changing environments or priorities. In a business context, agility jobs might include positions in project management, software development (such as Agile Scrum Masters), or operations, where being flexible and responsive is crucial. These roles focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivering results efficiently in dynamic settings. Agility is valued in organizations that prioritize innovation and rapid adaptation to market demands.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Agile Coach, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Agile Coach, you need a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (like Scrum or Kanban), experience leading teams, and often Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). More about this job >
Description

Agility is an online marketing provider specializing in programmatic advertising. More specifically, Agility builds and manages custom online marketing campaigns for large national brands and/or marketing agencies who manage advertising campaigns on behalf of a brand. Utilizing our online advertising technology, we track the places people have been, their search events and even physical location to generate the most relevant advertising audience. Once we determine who the audience is, we then follow them around the internet showing them banner ads, video ads and in-stream audio ads to influence purchases.

The great thing about Agility is, we make money when our clients do and our technology works. Moreover, we are a results-driven marketing company which means our clients can actually see the ROI (Return on Investment) we're generating for them in real-time.

Agility is a 3-year-old company. We were just nominated to the Inc. 5000 list (Top 5000 fastest growing companies in America). We're cash positive and are making a substantial investment into building an elite sales team.

Agility is conveniently located right off the I-15 exit in South Jordan on 10600 South, with a spacious office that is filling up with some of the brightest marketing professionals in Utah.

Agility is on the hunt for top talented sales people to join the team to help break revenue records and achieve industry goals. Agility has a great future and will pay top dollar for proven sales people with experience in the ad tech industry. If you're a top performing salesperson and looking for a new career in digital media sales, Agility is the best option in town. For those top performing salespeople without experience, PAID on-site training is included with rapid pay increases based on how quickly you learn to effectively sell the product.

Compensation includes a base salary of $36k minimum based on experience for the first 90-days and then quickly increases to $48-65k according to performance. However people don't come to work at Agility in sales for the salary, they come for the generous commission. Agility pays 3-6% residually on everything sold. As long as the client spends money with Agility its commissionable back to the salesperson. The average salesperson more than doubles their monthly salary in commission within the first year.

The average sales cycle, the first prospective meeting to commission on your paycheck is 45 days.

Culture is extremely important to us. Work hard, play hard and enjoy what you're doing. We're not a suit and tie business and if you enjoy going to work in a suit and tie this isn't the place for you. We're passionate about what we do and creating value for our clients and are in need of like-minded people. We do several team building activities. Salespeople are expected to have fun with their buyers, we have an unlimited pass to Top Golf, and Utah Jazz season tickets for salespeople to take prospects & clients to.

Agility is most interested in candidates for the full-time sales job who have most of the following:

  • A college degree is beneficial, however, there is not a line drawn as industry experience is the most important.
  • B2B (Business to Business) sales experience, however, hungry and trainable sales professionals will also be considered.
