Agility Peak Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Fort Myers, Florida location. As a Full-Time member of our onsite rehabilitation center, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality therapeutic care to a diverse patient population. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a wide variety of therapeutic and administrative duties:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical conditions and symptoms, ensuring accurate and informed diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at maximizing functional movement and minimizing pain.
• Teach and demonstrate therapeutic exercises, ensuring patients understand proper techniques for rehabilitation.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, such as massage, and apply modalities to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Assist patients with the safe and effective use of mobility aids including, but not limited to, wheelchairs and walkers.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress to track outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Provide supportive education and guidance to both patients and their families regarding at-home exercises and treatment options, promoting continued engagement in their rehabilitation journey.

You will be working with a varied patient demographic, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults with chronic conditions, and seniors focusing on mobility and balance improvement. Each patient's journey encompasses unique challenges, and you'll have the opportunity to make meaningful differences in their lives.

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid State License in Physical Therapy. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and proficiency in computer systems for patient management is required. Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.

While the position only necessitates two years of relevant experience, candidates with backgrounds in diverse therapeutic settings or specialties will find their expertise valuable as we enhance our service offerings.
