In Agile software development, teams are accustomed to adapting to shifting priorities or changing requirements through regular communication and iterative planning. Work is organized into short sprints, allowing teams to reassess goals and adjust the backlog at each sprint planning session. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, product owners, and other team members is key to maintaining alignment and delivering high-quality software in a dynamic environment.

What is Agile software development?

Agile software development is a methodology that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and customer feedback in the software development process. It involves iterative cycles, called sprints, where teams work on small increments of a project and regularly reassess priorities and progress. Common Agile frameworks include Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP).

Is Agile a coding language?
