As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams and organizations in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Training and Coaching: Train teams on Agile principles and practices, helping them understand and apply Agile and Scrum methodologies. Facilitating Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Big Room Planning, Scrum of Scrums, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure they are productive. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and removing obstacles that hinder Agile adoption.

Mentoring and Development: Mentor Scrum Masters and other team members, providing guidance and feedback to improve Agile practices. Collaboration: Work closely with teams, leadership, and stakeholders to align Agile practices with business objectives and foster collaboration. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, coaching skills, and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Minimum requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment Professional certifications in product management, and/or Agile frameworks required. Experience with PowerBi, Azure DevOps, and Atlassian Suite preferred, but not required.

Familiar with AI: LLMs, co-pilot, generative AI, etc. Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of project management discipline and practices Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) Strong communication skills - both verbal and written High attention to detail Independent/self-directed and able to solve problems independently or in a team setting Able to handle multiple priority tasks, work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines when necessary Ability to work with Technology Leadership, Management, third-party vendor(s) and other support teams
