The Oracle Fusion Senior Project Manager, PMO, will lead and direct high-visibility mission-critical and business optimization initiatives for one of our explosively growing client companies. This role reports to the Solar Senior Manager, PMO, and will work in a matrixed environment, interacting regularly with executive leadership, divisional staff, and external stakeholders and vendors. RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead Oracle Fusion ERP workstreams, one or multiple, ensuring successful delivery and adoption across the Solar Division
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide functional expertise to resolve issues, optimize processes, and ensure successful ERP rollouts
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and global ERP standards in large-scale implementations
  • Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Maintain project plans (schedule, resources, RAID log, budget), utilizing the company's SPMO framework to achieve optimal results from each project
  • Utilize Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile project methodologies to balance structure and flexibility
  • Allocate resources effectively, track progress, and adjust schedules as necessary to meet critical deadlines
  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies proactively
  • Provide regular project updates to Senior and Executive Leadership, address concerns, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Lead projects through excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to project team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change requests, and all relevant project records
  • Conduct project evaluations to assess the achievement of project goals, identify lessons learned, and gather feedback from stakeholders\

REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field is required
  • An active PMP certification is required
  • 7+ years of project management and process improvement experience in a large/complex information technology environment is required
  • Experience implementing Oracle Fusion, SAP, ERP systems, or similar finance/demand management modules is required
  • Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile project methodologies is required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
  • Experience with SPMO frameworks and project management tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
