En tant que chargee de projet Agile, tu es au cur de cette dynamique. Tu accompagnes l'equipe tout au long de la realisation des projets, identifies les obstacles en cours de route et veilles a l'amelioration continue de leur processus de travail. Tu sais motiver les equipes pour assurer la livraison des projets de maniere optimale, tout en respectant le budget, le calendrier et la portee.
TON QUOTIDIEN
  • Tu soutiens l'equipe dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs et le respect de ses engagements;
  • Tu assures et communiques le suivi du projet a l'equipe de realisation, au client et a l'organisation;
  • Tu participes a l'elaboration et assures le respect du plan de livraison;
  • Tu controles l'utilisation du budget et en fais le suivi a l'interne comme aupres du client;
  • Tu mesures le bonheur de l'equipe et veilles a l'amelioration continue de ses processus de travail;

  • Tu as de l'experience en gestion de projets numeriques et a participe a la livraison de multiples projets au cours des dernieres annees;
  • Tu maitrises l'anglais et le francais, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit afin de travailler avec nos clients;
  • Tu as de l'experience avec la methodologie Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Xp, etc.);
  • Tu es consciente que chaque projet est different et adaptes ton approche en consequence;

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- You support the team in achieving its goals and meeting its commitments.
- You ensure and communicate project progress updates to the delivery team, the client, and the organization.
- You participate in the development of the delivery plan and ensure it is followed.
- You monitor budget usage and report on it both internally and to the client.
- You foster a healthy team dynamic and support continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback loops.
- You facilitate the various project delivery activities.
- You support the team during estimation activities and ensure the use of best practices related to them.
- You ensure the quality of deliverables by proactively identifying risks and supporting the team in defining and upholding its quality standards.
- You contribute to the evolution of the Agile project management practice at Mirego.
 
WHAT YOU NEED
- You have experience in digital project management and have contributed to the delivery of multiple projects over the past few years.
- You are proficient in both English and French, spoken and written, to work with our clients.
- You have experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
- You are aware that every project is different and adapt your approach accordingly.
- You are comfortable addressing budget-related issues with a client.
- You manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of what matters most.
- You actively explore and integrate AI tools to optimize your work and that of your team.
- You have a natural sense of leadership, a unifying spirit, and excellent communication skills.
