Job Summary:
UICGS / Bowhead Family of Companies is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Cloud Acceleration Services Business Enterprise Systems in Montgomery, AL. The Program Manager will be responsible for contract performance, staffing, scheduling, cost management, and ensuring Agile execution across various task areas including cloud assessment and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
• Staffing, schedule, cost, quality, risk, subcontractor coordination, customer engagement, and delivery across cloud assessment, migration, continuous development, and cybersecurity task areas.
• Ensure Agile execution, measurable performance, and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• Fifteen (15+) years overall IT program management.
• Ten (10+) years managing DoD or Federal IT programs.
• Five (5+) years managing cloud modernization, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or enterprise application modernization programs.
• Certification: PMP required.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.
• Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
Preferred:
• Master's degree.
• ITIL 4 Foundation preferred.
• Agile/SAFe certification preferred.
• Top Secret preferred.
