Job description

Actively promotes a work environment within the Supply Chain Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience to the customers and Lauren Concrete employees.

  • Responsible for the delivery of aggregates to job sites
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and trailer/tanker
  • Communicate daily with dispatch and customers
  • Foster a supportive role towards Lauren Concretes mission statement and core values
  • Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others
  • Performs all other related duties, as assigned.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of this job. Employees must have the ability to report to work on time and on a regular basis.
  • Represent Lauren Concrete in a professional manner in a variety of settings and circumstance
  • Understand complex functions, procedures, and processes
  • Express oneself clearly and concisely
  • Accept responsibility for quality and accuracy of personal work
  • Ability to pass DOT pre-employment Drug screen and background check.

Education/Experience

  • One to three years of similar or related experience preferred.
  • Valid State of Texas Commercial Drivers License license required along with a violation-free Department Motor Vehicle record, valid automobile liability insurance policy that meets or exceeds required limits of liability coverage.
