Aggregate Managers often encounter challenges in aligning production schedules with transportation and delivery demands. Effective communication and proactive planning with both production and logistics teams are vital to ensure timely deliveries and efficient use of resources. Building strong relationships and leveraging technology for real-time updates can help overcome these challenges.
