Several opportunities are currently available in the Centre-du-Quebec region.

As an agent, financial services, you're attentive to the needs of our members and clients. You look for ways to support their financial well-being in every situation. You provide excellent customer service and high-quality financial solutions tailored to their needs. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own

  • Welcoming members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertains members' and customers' needs in order to direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels

  • Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members.
