Ton role
Nous recherchons un(e) agent(e) pour soutenir l'equipe Comptes en fiducie & Commissions. Tu contribueras aux rapprochements quotidiens, au traitement des commissions des conseillers et au respect des controles internes et exigences reglementaires.
Tu collaboreras etroitement avec les equipes FIN/OPS et Operations, tout en participant a des projets d'amelioration et d'automatisation.


Ce poste est un contrat d'1 an.


Tes responsabilites


Fiducie
Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et fiduciaires quotidiens.
Preparer les depots et transferts bancaires entre les comptes fiduciaires et corporatifs.
Assurer le suivi et la resolution des elements en suspens.
Participer aux audits internes et externes.


Commissions
Traiter les commissions, paiements et ajustements des conseillers.
Importer et reconcilier les fichiers de commissions.
Repondre aux questions des conseillers concernant leurs commissions.
Participer a la preparation des feuillets fiscaux (T4A).


Autres
Collaborer avec differentes equipes et partenaires internes.
Participer a des projets d'amelioration continue et d'automatisation.
Contribuer au partage des connaissances et a la formation croisee au sein de l'equipe.


Profil recherche
Bonne maitrise de Microsoft Excel.
Bonne comprehension des fiducies, du secteur financier et bancaire.
DEP/DEC en comptabilite ou finance, complete ou en cours (atout).
Capacite a travailler en francais et en anglais.
Connaissance de l'IA et ouverture a la decouverte et a la mise en uvre de nouvelles technologies.

Your Role
We are looking for an agent to support the Trust Accounts & Commissions team. In this role, you will contribute to daily reconciliations, advisors' commission processing, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with the FIN/OPS and Operations teams while participating in process improvement and automation initiatives.


This role is a 1 year contract.


Key Responsibilities


Trust
Perform daily bank and trust reconciliations.
Prepare deposits and bank transfers between trust and corporate accounts.
Follow up and resolve outstanding items.
Participate in internal and external audits.


Commissions
Process advisors' commissions, payments, and adjustments.
Import and reconcile commission files.
Respond to advisors' inquiries regarding commissions.
Assist with the preparation of tax slips (T4A).


Other
Collaborate with various teams and internal partners.
Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team.


What We're Looking For
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of trust accounts, as well as the financial and banking industry.
DEP/DEC in Accounting or Finance, completed or in progress (an asset).
Ability to work in both French and English.
Knowledge of AI and openness to exploring and implementing new technologies.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
