As an Agency Support Agent (Sherbrooke), you will play a key role in the smooth operation of Career agencies by providing comprehensive, coordinated, and professional support to clients, the sales force, and the management team. What you will accomplish with us


As an Agency Support Agent (Sherbrooke), you will be at the heart of the Career agencies' mission.


Your main responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and assist clients and the sales force, in person or over the phone, providing professional and courteous service;
  • Ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Services Centre, and direct requests to the appropriate specialists as needed;
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales force, including during contracting, onboarding, integration, and offboarding of advisors;
  • Support the Agency Director in organizing activities, managing schedules, preparing meetings, compiling reports, and implementing new administrative processes;
  • Contribute positively to agency life by supporting office management, mail handling, office supplies, and documenting processes and tasks related to business operations.
