  1. Responsable de la collecte précise des fonds sur les itinéraires, en respectant les procédures appropriées de gestion de la trésorerie

  5. Gérez les déplacements quotidiens d'équipements de jeu. Fournir des feuilles de déménagement et la responsabilité du service de livraison, communiquer avec le responsable du service/régional des déménagements d'équipement en cours
  6. Responsable du chargement, déchargement et gestion appropriés des actifs vers divers sites clients
  7. Montage et démontage des équipements

  2. 2-3 ans d'expérience en service technique avec expérience en itinéraires de service.
  3. L'aptitude électrique/mécanique est une exigence.
  4. Permis de conduire valide, dossier de conduite propre et véhicule personnel fiable
  5. Communication bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit)
  6. Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps
  7. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en dépannage
  8. Automotivé et fiable, capable de travailler en équipe
  9. Travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique
  10. La capacité à travailler avec des outils, des tuyaux et des matériaux est un avantage
  11. La capacité de soulever et manipuler des objets allant jusqu'à 80 lbs sur 50 pieds est requise

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Responsible for accurate route collections of monies, adhering to proper cash handling procedures

• Receive, prioritize, and complete service calls, provide time sheets and accountability of route service, communicate with service/regional manager of ongoing game and service issues

• Maintain amusements equipment at customer locations in good working order, product stocked in all dispensing equipment and company policies adhered to for cleaning and aesthetics

• General maintenance on all gaming equipment (includes but not limited to: replace components, test equipment, cleaning, preparation, ensure repairs are done in a cost-effective manner, maintain and update your parts kit

• Manage day-to-day gaming equipment moves. Provide move sheets and accountability of delivery service, communicate with service/regional manager of ongoing equipment moves

• Responsible for the proper loading, unloading, and handling of assets to various customer locations

• Assembly and disassembly of equipment assets

• Other miscellaneous duties, as required


These are the standards we are looking for:

• The successful candidate must receive a criminal and driver’s license clearance.

• 2-3 years technical service experience with service route experience.

• Electrical /mechanical aptitude is a requirement.

• Valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record and personal dependable vehicle

• Bilingual communication in both French and English (oral & written)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work as a team

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work with tools, pipes, and materials a plus

• Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 80 lbs for 50 feet is required
