Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral coaching to associates to reinforce professional conduct and workplace expectations
Address attendance concerns proactively and supports early intervention efforts
Respond in a timely manner to associate inquiries, including time and pay, scheduling, and workplace concerns
Track daily attendance and provide reporting to Adecco and client leadership
Monitor workforce trends, including communication gaps or reporting inconsistencies, and address accordingly
Review and track contractor hours, identifying and resolving variances
Maintain a presence on the production floor to understand processes and engage directly with associates
Conduct daily check-ins with associates and client supervisors
Partner closely with client leadership to support workforce needs and maintain strong collaboration
Provide timely updates on coaching outcomes and associate performance
Support performance tracking and development of action plans as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Supervisory or leadership experience required
Demonstrated experience coaching employees on performance, behavior, and workplace expectations
Hands-on experience managing attendance issues, including tracking, early intervention, and corrective action support
Proficient in basic computer systems, including timekeeping and reporting tools
Pay Details: $23.80 per hour
