Job description

Farmers Insurance Northwest District is seeking a motivated, driven individual to join our team as a Business Sales Consultant with a clear pathway to long-term executive leadership. This position offers a flexible schedule while you complete training and establish your client portfolio with provided leads.

We are looking for self-starters and future industry leaders who are ready to dive in, manage their performance, and make an immediate impact within a growing District. From day one, you will operate with a high degree of independence, proactively building and managing a client portfolio that drives key market growth.


You will receive one-on-one mentorship, exclusive executive training, and a proven roadmap designed to transition you from a top-producing associate into an executive agency manager.

Responsibilities
  • Build long-term relationships by assessing client needs, educating them on coverage options, and providing ongoing policy reviews and exceptional service.
  • Proactively generate leads and build a growing book of business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and consistent community involvement.
  • Team up with the District and other Associates to hit sales goals and support marketing initiatives while staying sharp on product knowledge, industry trends, and Farmers training.

Requirements
  • Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance)
  • Comfortable working in a high-reward, sales environment
  • Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
