Agency Owner – Leadership & Business Development

Lead a Team. Develop People. Drive Results.

Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated, people-focused professional with strong leadership and sales skills to develop and lead a high-performing insurance agency team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, building relationships, driving sales performance, and creating a strong team culture. You’ll work closely with your local Farmers Insurance District team and have access to training, resources, and ongoing support designed to help you succeed.

Previous insurance experience is not required. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership potential, a results-focused mindset, and the ability to manage the many responsibilities involved in running a successful agency.

Key Responsibilities
