About our Agency:I opened my agency in 2017, and today I lead a small, close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate as a trainer and also spent time as a team member. When the opportunity arose to open my own agency in my hometown of Atlanta, I knew it was the right path.
I graduated from Georgia Southern, and earlier in my career I worked in local television covering sports and weather-an experience that taught me how to communicate clearly, think on my feet, and connect with people.
I offer PTO, life and disability coverage, a 401k, health benefits, and a strong work-life balance. I also reimburse licensing costs and want my team to feel supported both personally and professionally.
My office culture is laid-back, friendly, and very much like a small family. We genuinely enjoy our customers and each other. At the same time, we're competitive and driven-we like to win and have been recognized as a top agency in our area. I'm looking for someone who brings leadership, a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a go-getter mindset to help continue that success.
If you're looking for a place where you can lead, grow, and make a meaningful impact on a team and its customers, this could be a great fit for you.
Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Agency Manager to take on a leadership role within the office, overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and supporting both team performance and customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who understands the State Farm environment, thrives in both sales and service, and is ready to step into a key leadership position.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the office runs efficiently
  • Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Manage workflow, delegate tasks, and maintain accountability across the team
  • Drive sales and service performance, ensuring a high level of customer experience
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
  • Monitor business metrics and implement strategies to support growth
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of State Farm agency experience required
  • Experience in both sales and service roles
  • 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience with State Farm MOD system
  • Active Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
