In this role you will build relationships with clients, assist with policy changes, answer coverage questions, and help identify opportunities to better serve our customers. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, friendly customer service to clients.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations
