General Description of the Role

The Global Senior Brand Manager, Agave Portfolio, is responsible for leading all generation and insights work at the market and consumer level to build, concept and execute a strong innovation pipeline for Agave Portfolio. Working alongside key cross functional teams, the SBM - Agave Portfolio, spearheads all innovation initiatives for House ofย  Agave. ย 

This position also leads Agave Portfolio Strategic and Business Planning initiatives, with particular focus on keyย activation strategies working closely with local markets to implement both on/off trade specific brand projects. Thisย position plays a critical role in driving speed, consistency and quality of execution while supporting the delivery ofย House of Agave growth ambitions.ย 


Mission/Objectivesย 


As a key member of the House of Agave, this role leads the development of a robust, insight-driven innovation pipeline across the Agave portfolio, leveraging deep consumer and market understanding to inform brand and portfolio strategy.ย It drives strategic and business planning processes, ensuring strong alignment between global priorities and local market execution, while partnering closely with markets to deliver impactful activation strategies across on-trade and off-trade channels. The role also ensures effective cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovation and brand initiatives with clarity, focus, and consistency.ย 


Key Responsibilities and Activitiesย 

Innovation Strategy & Pipeline Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end development of the Agave portfolio innovation pipeline
  • Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities based on consumer, category, and market insights
  • Partner with cros-functional teams (Innovation, Supply, Commercial, Finance) to develop and execute innovation initiatives
  • Ensure strong alignment between innovation concepts, brand positioning, and portfolio strategy
  • Oversee business case development and support successful global and local launches

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Lead generation and synthesis of consumer, shopper, and market insights to inform brand and innovation strategy
  • Leverage internal and external data sources (quantitative and qualitative) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for innovation, activation, and portfolio decisions
  • Collaborate with global and local insights teams to ensure consistency and depth of analysis

Strategic & Business Planningย 

  • Lead key strategic planning processes (Strategic Plan, Long-Term Forecast, Budget) for the Agave portfolio
  • Develop and maintain brand and category growth models in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Guide markets in forecasting and planning, ensuring alignment with global priorities
  • Monitor performance and identify corrective actions to drive growth and profitability

Global Activation & Market Collaborationย 

  • Define and support execution of key activation strategies, with a focus on on-trade and off-trade excellence
  • Partner closely with local markets to ensure effective implementation of global brand initiatives
  • Support development of toolkits and frameworks to guide consistent execution across markets
  • Facilitate strong collaboration and knowledge sharing across regionsย

Experience & Education

  • 5+ years in brand management with CPG, social media/digital, or lifestyle experience; spirits background preferred
  • Preference for a candidate with experience of a global perspective
  • Digital Marketing Savvy
  • Experience in Agave highly appreciated
  • Undergraduate Degree with emphasis in Marketing. Master's Degree is a plus

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $118,350-157,800. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
