Its sister practice, Sweet Smiles Modern Orthodontics, is staffed by some of the best skilled Board Certified Orthodontists in the LA/OC area and is accompanied by an amazing team.
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives and contribute to the growth of the company.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand, products, and services across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.ย 
  • Create engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonates with our target audience.ย 
  • Monitor social media channels for trending topics, relevant conversations, and opportunities to engage with followers.ย 
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring performance metrics.ย 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions that support marketing initiatives and product launches.ย 
  • Analyze social media data and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.ย 
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our social media efforts remain innovative and effective.ย 
  • Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity across all social media channels.ย 
Qualifications:ย 
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Two years of professional experience in communications, social media, public relations, and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.ย 
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging with audiences.
