Job description

The Science Team at Pride Health is hiring a "Regulatory Specialist" for a top materials science company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage U.S. product registrations and maintain regulatory documentation for assigned products.
  • Support registration and re-registration activities for medical devices, cosmetics, and other regulated products.
  • Collaborate with global Regulatory Affairs teams to facilitate regulatory submissions and approvals.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain regulatory documents, including hard-copy submissions for countries requiring notarization, apostille, or authentication.
  • Maintain accurate electronic regulatory records and documentation systems.
  • Support Unique Device Identification (UDI) database maintenance and related regulatory activities.
  • Assist with regulatory trade compliance activities.
  • Utilize regulatory systems, databases, and tracking tools to support data management and reporting.
  • May become a notary to support regulatory documentation requirements, as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Experience supporting regulatory documentation, submissions, registrations, or compliance activities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Device Regulatory Affairs experience (strongly preferred).
  • Experience with cosmetics regulatory requirements.
  • 2+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience preferred; candidates with extensive experience (10+ years) will also be considered if aligned with business needs.
  • Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) or similar professional certification.


Additional Information:

  • Location: Maplewood, MN
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Pay range: $30-$35/hr. on W2
