We're looking for a talented Ag Ventilation Construction Engineerto help lead the daily, monthly, and annual execution of ventilation and air filtration programs across our swine facilities. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, managing, and optimizing both negative and positive pressure filtration systems-critical components in sow farm biosecurity.

What You'll Do

You'll be a central contributor in ensuring our ventilation and filtration systems operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with design teams on ventilation and filtration specifications for new facility construction
  • Overseeing filter lifespan, rotation, testing, and documentation
  • Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for upgrades or efficiency improvements
  • Leading filtration audits for filtered sow farms
  • Training and supporting onfarm teams with daily, weekly, and monthly ventilation and filtration checks
  • Helping advance our overall biosecurity strategy through system design and ongoing analysis
