*We are actively seeking candidates based in Washington state: this role requires flexibility, as it follows a hybrid model with time split between remote work and being onsite at our office in Redmond, WA. Candidates should also be comfortable occasionally traveling to client sites throughout the greater Seattle area based on needs.*

AG Consulting Partners is a boutique consulting firm that partners with some of the world's most recognized tech and enterprise companies. We're looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Director of Business Development to help us expand our presence with new and existing clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. This role is a unique opportunity to shape AGCP's growth strategy and connect companies with exceptional consulting talent and services.

As a Director of Business Development for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
Client & Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of target accounts and high-priority relationships
  • Schedule and lead meetings with new and existing clients to identify consulting needs and growth opportunities
  • Conduct client satisfaction check-ins after project completion

Sales Strategy & Prospecting

  • Research industry trends and company updates to identify and prioritize prospects
  • Build and execute outreach plans (calls, emails, events) to engage senior leaders at target companies
  • Partner with the executive team to refine and drive business development strategies

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Track goals, pipelines, and results against monthly targets
  • Maintain up-to-date contact records and key insights across accounts
  • Lead multiple concurrent sales campaigns from outreach through proposal

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 (plus benefits), along with an unlimited commission structure tied to revenue generation and new opportunities brought into the company. High-performing team members who actively contribute to business development and role creation have the potential to earn $400K+ in total annual compensation through this structure.
