Job description

OVERVIEW

iTech AG is seeking a Solutions Proposal Lead to play a hybrid role at the intersection of solutioning and proposal development. This person will help shape compelling, compliant responses to opportunities while also contributing to the technical and strategic story behind iTech AG's ServiceNow solutions. iTech AG is a growing ServiceNow consulting and implementation partner serving federal, state, local, and commercial markets, with particular strength in customer-facing workflow solutions on ServiceNow.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the proposal process and the technology being proposed. The right candidate can coordinate across business development, capture, delivery, and solution teams, while helping transform technical ideas into winning submissions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead or support proposal response efforts across federal, state, local, and commercial opportunities
  • Partner with business development, capture, delivery, and technical teams to develop clear, compelling, and compliant proposals
  • Help define and articulate ServiceNow solution approaches in support of RFPs, RFIs, and related pursuit materials
  • Translate technical concepts into persuasive messaging, win themes, and customer-centered proposal content
  • Contribute to both long-range capture-driven pursuits and fast-turn, relationship-driven opportunities
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather inputs, align messaging, and strengthen proposal quality
  • Support proposal operations including RFIs, draft responses, live RFP submissions, reviews, and response quality control
  • Help mature reusable content, governance, and AI-enabled workflows that improve proposal speed and effectiveness
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in proposal management, proposal coordination, capture support, solution consulting, or a related growth role
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to build strong client-facing responses
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and the ability to understand, shape, and communicate solution approaches
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and contributors
  • Comfort operating in a growing company where processes evolve and roles may span functions
  • Ability to support both structured federal opportunities and more dynamic commercial pursuits
  • Ability to perform essential job duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodations

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with federal proposal environments
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow-related bids or solution development
  • Familiarity with Shipley-based proposal practices
  • Experience developing or improving proposal governance and content libraries
  • Familiarity with AI tools that support proposal development, content generation, review, or qualification workflows
  • Experience working in consulting, professional services, or technology services organizations

SECURITY CLEARANCE

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
  • Pursuant to government contracts, US Citizenship is required

PAY INFORMATION

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000. The final salary offered will be determined on a variety of factors, including the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market considerations, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. This salary range represents iTech AG's good faith estimate for this position at the time of posting, and not all candidates will qualify for the top of the range.
