What You'll Do:

  • Work the majority of the time in the field responding to service calls
  • Coordinate with the service manager to manage the field-based service schedule and customer calls
  • Clearly communicate with Service Manager, Service Clerk, Sales Representatives, Customers, Field Representatives, DTAC, and other Technicians
  • Generate additional mobile service business, supporting the growth of the service business through excellent service and support in the field
  • Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment including both new and existing Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products on location for customers
  • Has a strong understanding of how to use Service Advisor, regularly submits well-prepared DTAC Cases, and instructs peers on how to utilize Service Advisor and submit well-prepared DTAC Cases

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience performing service repairs
  • Ability to work efficiently and in an organized manner to meet deadlines
  • Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural equipment
  • Proficient computer skills
  • High School Diploma & Associates degree or equivalent experience required
  • Valid driver's license required and fork lift certification preferred
