Under the leadership of the Diocese of Orange, the school's 420-acre campus is nestled in the picturesque Saddleback Valley Mountains in Rancho Santa Margarita. Job Summary Job Summary The Assistant Director of Activities supports the Director of Activities in planning, coordinating, and executing the full range of student activities and school events that build community and school spirit at Santa Margarita Catholic High School.

Working closely with Associated Student Body (ASB) students, and class councils, the Assistant Director provides administrative, logistical, and creative support for dances, assemblies, fundraisers, and signature all-school and senior events throughout the year. Additionally, they oversee moderators, coaches and budgets for student clubs and other co-curricular programs on campus. This position requires a highly organized, collaborative professional who can manage multiple events simultaneously, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and contribute to the school's Catholic mission and charism of Caritas Christi.
