Therapist Pay

  • Therapist I - Masters Degree in Psychology. Social Work, Counseling
    • Not Licensed, May be a Candidate
    • Working to obtain your license within three (3) – twenty four (24) months
    • $48,689 - $60,838 Annualized
  • Therapist II - Masters Degree in Psychology. Social Work, Counseling
    • Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
    • $55,987 - $69,967

What we need for this job:

  • Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
  • Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT), or twelve (12) months from full licensure
  • One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment
  • Experience with therapy and group therapy and interest in working with adults
  • Passionate advocate for clients who have experienced oppression or discrimination
  • Collaborative, and client centered experience
  • Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or CBT in a clinical environment
