Join our growing therapy teams serving our Broomfield, Boulder, Longmont, and Lafayette area clients. You will be a part of a supportive, nurturing environment where we aim to provide the best care to our clients and each other. We, at Clinica Family Health & Wellness, recognize you as a human, a person, not a number, where you are valued and believe you will provide quality therapy to our community. You will be part of a 60 year old, community mental health organization with dedicated support from Boulder and Broomfield counties. You will report to the team's Program Manager. You will be onsite in one of the Boulder, Broomfield, Lafayette or Longmont Locations.

Therapist (unlicensed) $54,763 - $66,934 annually

Therapist (licensed) $62,977 - $76,968 annually

Therapist Pay

  • Therapist I - Masters Degree in Psychology. Social Work, Counseling
    • Not Licensed, May be a Candidate
    • Working to obtain your license within three (3) – twenty four (24) months
  • Therapist II - Masters Degree in Psychology. Social Work, Counseling
    • Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LMFT

What we need:

  • Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related degree
  • Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT), or 
  • Three (3) to twenty four (24) months from full licensure, depending on the position/team
  • One (1) or more years experience in a clinical environment
  • Experience with providing therapy
  • Passionate advocate for clients
  • Collaborative, and client centered experience
  • Experience using of Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or CBT, TFCBT or other modalities in a clinical environment
