Job description

Weโ€™re looking for someone to help in our After-School program a few days a week (5 - 15 hours a week. No weekends) and then be in the office afterwards to help our Office Manager in our busy season. For example, you might work in after-school from 4 - 6 pm and then in the office from 6 - 7 pm. The After-School program is small, but we focus on helping 3rd - 8th graders stay on track with homework, projects, and tests while maintaining a positive environment.This consistent, low stress job is in an encouraging and supportive environment where team members will receive training and resources they need to succeed. An ideal candidate would be a freshman/sophomore college student who is studying to be an educator or has previous experience with education/After-School.

After a year of working in the program, there is an opportunity to become the After-School director with a $5.50 hourly pay increase.
