IT - Database Administrator / SQL Server Developer III (Local Candidates Only) | Hybrid

Short Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator / SQL Server Developer III to support the Police Department's Premier One Records Management System (RMS). This role is responsible for SQL Server administration, permissions management, query development and optimization, and SSRS report design and deployment. The ideal candidate will have advanced SQL Server expertise, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and experience working with complex data environments. Experience with Premier One RMS is preferred.

Key Requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft SQL Server experience, including T-SQL, permissions administration, and query optimization
  • Strong experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Knowledge of database security, role-based access control, and data governance
  • Ability to work with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver reporting solutions
  • Experience with Premier One RMS preferred
Work Arrangement
  • 100% Hybrid: 75% onsite, 25% remote (remote schedule discussed after onboarding)
  • Must be available for an in-person interview within 1 week of posting close
  • Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
