Job description

As Security, you are Ojos Locos first line of defense. We ask that you make it a priority, in addition to securing the facility, refuse entry toanyone showing signs of intoxication and manage guests demonstrating aggressive behavior and/or behave in a disruptive, harassing way, possibly breaching the law or the rules of Ojos Locos. The starting pay rate is $24.00 per hour or more depending on security experience. If your application is selected, you will be contacted for an in-person interview. Security Office Job Responsibilities Report incidents identifying who, what, why, when and how. These reports should be emailed to at the end of the shift.Any use of force should be reported immediately to the Director of Security and documented by end of shift.Monitor restaurant premises with walk throughs, make your presence known, check restroom and outdoor exit areas and any other areas of concealment.Monitor parking lot from the main door or the immediate area of our facility.Make sure no guests are smoking/vaping in areas that are not designated for smoking/vaping.Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Monitor coworker activity for safety and assistance when necessary.Acknowledge and execute the Securitys Key items to protect Ojos Locos Agreement.Monitor the premises/patrons. The expected work hours are as scheduled, typically between the hours of 7 PM until 3 AM Thursday through Saturday and 7 PM until 1 AM Sunday through Wednesday. You are responsible for clocking in and out during each shift. Failure to do so, may be grounds for discipline, up to and including termination. Security Office Qualifications and Skills Must be able to stand for up to 6 hoursMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsBasic computer skillsStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in the field of securityCPR/first Aid certifiedContinuing educating/training in the field of security completed annuallySecurity credentials/certifications as required by the state of Arizona
