About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Security Analyst (PeopleSoft) to support and enhance security within enterprise PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM environments. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving a secure, scalable security framework that supports business operations, compliance requirements, audit standards, and system integrity.

The ideal candidate will have strong PeopleSoft security administration experience, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the PeopleSoft ERP security model.
  • Administer roles, permission lists, user profiles, and dynamic security configurations.
  • Manage query security trees, route controls, ChartField security, workflow approvals, and user preferences.
  • Process security access requests while ensuring compliance with business and audit requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, access reviews, and security documentation efforts.
  • Develop and maintain security procedures, configuration documentation, and operational standards.
  • Troubleshoot application security issues, workflow problems, and user access concerns.
  • Create reports, PS Queries, SQL scripts, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support system refreshes, upgrades, patching activities, production releases, and environment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with development, database administration, infrastructure, and functional teams on ERP initiatives.
  • Research software patches, vendor recommendations, and system improvements.
  • Participate in occasional after-hours support and on-call activities as required.


Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Experience administering security within PeopleSoft HCM and/or PeopleSoft FSCM environments.

  • Experience supporting security audits, compliance activities, and user access reviews.

  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, auditors, and leadership.
  • Availability to provide occasional after-hours and on-call support.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, system refreshes, and production migrations.
  • Knowledge of:
    • PeopleTools
    • Application Designer
    • Process Scheduler
    • Integration Broker
    • Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
  • Experience supporting both PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM modules.
