As our MA Supervisor, you'll be on the front lines of patient care while shaping the team that makes it all possible.

Clinical Care & Visit Preparation Provide direct patient care including vitals, point-of-care testing, injections, and clinical procedures Ensure seamless visit preparation - chart review, pre-visit planning, and care gap identification - so providers can focus on what they do best Serve as a clinical resource and problem-solver on the floor every day Team Leadership & Development Supervise, coach, and inspire a team of Medical Assistants and Lead MA Conduct performance evaluations, facilitate training, and foster a culture of accountability and growth Lead by example - set the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care Compliance & Quality Share responsibility for CLIA compliance , ensuring laboratory and point-of-care testing meets all regulatory standards Share oversight of Vaccines for Children (VFC) program compliance , including proper vaccine storage, handling, documentation, and audit readiness Support supply and inventory management to keep operations running smoothly and cost-effectively Champion quality improvement initiatives - identify opportunities, track metrics, and drive meaningful change. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - helping us better connect with the communities we serve. Prior supervisory or lead experience in a clinical setting.
