This position is onsite within our specialized Rehabilitation Facility, which is equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment and resources. You will have the opportunity to interact with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions to develop precise treatment strategies tailored to their individual needs.
• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices that incorporate manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities.
• Regularly assessing and modifying treatment plans based on patient progression and feedback to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educating patients on injury prevention, health promotion, and providing comprehensive home exercise programs tailored to their recovery goals.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating effective communication within the care team.
• Working collaboratively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective rehabilitation strategies.

The primary patient population will consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will be responsible for delivering compassionate care while motivating and guiding patients through their recovery processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients regain function, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and a deep understanding of manual therapy techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate patients and interact with a healthcare team.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive, multidisciplinary team.

While a background in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. Candidates with robust manual therapy skills and a passion for helping others recover from injuries will find this role particularly fulfilling.
