The Wellness Affinity, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions to a diverse clientele using evidence-based practices tailored specifically to their needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate detailed and personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring their goals align with therapeutic processes.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies to support clients effectively across various settings.
  • Document client progress meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring all interventions are recorded in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay informed on the latest research, tools, and methodologies in mental health to deliver cutting-edge therapeutic interventions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. Our clients often face challenges ranging from anxiety and depressive disorders to complex relational issues, requiring a customized approach that respects their unique circumstances and cultural identities. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Demonstrated experience working with varied populations and handling a range of mental health concerns effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while providing care.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
