We are excited to be expanding into Functional Health - and we're looking for a provider who is ready to grow with us. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something new: a dual-scope role where you'll practice the aesthetic skills you've refined while building or deepening your functional medicine expertise in a supportive, well-resourced environment.

The Role
We're hiring an Aesthetic Injector & Functional Health Provider - and we're open to candidates from two directions. This is a dual-scope position for a licensed provider who brings demonstrated experience in one of the following areas and a genuine interest in growing into both:

  • Experienced injectors (NP/PA/RN) ready to train and expand into functional health, OR
  • Functional health providers (NP/PA/RN) with some injecting experience who want to grow their aesthetic skills alongside a clinical team

Responsibilities

Aesthetic Injector

  • Administer high-quality cosmetic injections including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, obtain informed consent, and maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant documentation
  • Support treatment room cleanliness and inventory management
  • Collaborate with the clinic team and administrative staff for cohesive patient care
  • Commit to continuing education and stay current on evolving techniques and industry developments
  • Maintain all state licensing, sanitation, and safety protocols in accordance with California regulations

Functional Health Provider

  • Conduct initial consultations, manage ongoing patient interactions, and document medical histories and notes
  • Develop and modify personalized treatment plans; order and review lab work; prescribe medications and peptides as appropriate
  • Engage regularly with patients through the patient portal and adapt to evolving clinical protocols
  • Participate in training provided by Deluxe to deepen functional medicine expertise

Shared Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and a seamless patient experience across both service lines
  • Abide by all applicable state laws, regulatory guidelines, and company confidentiality policies

Requirements

  • Active clinical license (NP, PA, or RN) required
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience in cosmetic injectables (neurotoxins and/or fillers) OR functional health clinical experience - we'll train the right person in the complementary area
  • Strong patient communication and customer service orientation
  • Commitment to delivering best-in-class, natural-looking outcomes
  • Genuine curiosity about functional and integrative health
  • Fluency in Korean or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred
