Supply Chain Manager- Up to $120K/annually DOE!
This position is a direct hire opportunity!
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Supply Chain Manager for our manufacturing client to start immediately up to $120K/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Manager will lead material flow, procurement, and logistics from end to end in a fast-paced setting. They will help to develop employees through coaching and training, while ensuring aviation components and rotables are available, supplier performance is strong, and all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Lead end-to-end material flow, procurement, and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop team members through coaching, training, and ongoing performance support.
  • Ensure aviation components and rotables are available to meet customer and production needs.
  • Drive supplier performance, manage RFQs, negotiate contracts, and establish commodity strategies that support cost savings.
  • Oversee inventory control activities including stockroom operations, cycle counts, stock allocation, and shelf-life management.
  • Manage inbound and outbound freight, hazardous materials, and customs to support on-time global delivery.
  • Maintain complete traceability records and ensure compliance with airworthiness requirements.
  • Supervise buyers, planners, and material handlers while promoting continuous improvement.
  • Support scheduling, SIOP inputs, direct purchasing, and material planning to improve delivery, productivity, and inventory performance.
  • Coordinate contractors for facilities maintenance and support additional duties as needed.

Location: Franklin, IN
Schedule/Shift Details: Day shift
  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, production control, logistics, or ERP-based planning.
  • Background in a high-mix, low-volume, engineered-to-order environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of FAA, EASA, CAA, and CAAC regulations, traceability documentation, and aerospace quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and NADCAP.
  • Experience sourcing parts through ILS or other aerospace suppliers and brokers.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop aerospace suppliers.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead change, coach others, and support culture improvement.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Preferred: aerospace operations/MRO experience, APICS CPIM, ISM C.P.M., advanced degree, Quantum system experience, and defense industry background.
