Logistics Team Supervisor - 3rd shift

Who are we?

Daher's Charleston, South Carolina site supports onsite aerospace logistics operations for a major aircraft manufacturing customer, playing a critical role in production support and supply chain execution. The team manages key activities including parts kitting, tooling and inventory management, and lineside material support, directly enabling aircraft final assembly operations. As part of Daher's growing North American Logistics Division, the site delivers precisiondriven, safetycritical logistics services in a fastpaced manufacturing environment, working closely with customer stakeholders to ensure material availability, quality compliance, and strict FODprevention standards.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Team Supervisor. This position will be responsible for supervising logistics operations and workers within a defined scope of the logistics operations on site. Manages and trains employees, prepares reports, ensures the quality and service level of the activity.

Please note this position is for our 3RD SHIFT team with 9:00pm to 5:30am hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily logistics operations
  • Train and guide team members to meet performance goals
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to feedback

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
  • Minimum of 2 years of team lead or supervisory experience in a logistics or warehouse environment (preferred)
  • Aviation industry experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Effective time management and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Frequent walking, standing, stair climbing, and sitting

  • The starting compensation for this role is $63,755.00.
  • The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
