About the Position
We are a growing CNC manufacturing company seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team in the Assembly and Finishing Room. This is a hands-on role that involves deburring, assembling, and finishing precision-machined components. Ideal candidates take pride in producing quality work, following instructions, and contributing to a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deburr and finish parts using hand tools, grinders, and small machines
  • Assemble components using mechanical drawings and work instructions
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  • Read and interpret customer and shop orders
  • Label and tag parts according to material type, size, and specifications
  • Record production data and maintain accurate logs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and work instructions
  • Attention to detail and strong concern for producing a quality product
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
  • Willingness to learn new responsibilities
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid NJ Driver’s License
