Job description

Pacific Sky Supply, Inc. is an aerospace manufacturer located in the Sun Valley, CA area seeking a Deburring technician that meets the following criteria described below. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deburr/hand finish parts per operation sheets and work order instructions.
  • Read and understand basic deburring operations sheets and notes.  Understand how to measure edge breaks, radiuses, and surface finish requirements.
  • Responsible for identifying any damage or cosmetic issues and alerting quality and engineering of any concerns.
  • Must know how to operate grit blasting machines and adjust as necessary.
  • Familiarity with various electric and air handheld deburring tools and abrasives.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.  Assist in the general maintenance of all deburring tools and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the manager.

Special Requirements:

·         Minimum of 1 year of experience.

·         Ability to lift a maximum of fifty (50) pounds individually.

·         Ability to sit or stand for a total of up to ten (10) hours a day.

·         Occasional reaching, lifting and bending
