Composites Application Specialist – Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Each role focuses on a distinct market segment but shares a common mission: driving technology insertion, leading application development, and shaping AEC’s future growth. Shared Responsibilities (focus varies by role)
• Serve as the technical lead for composite technology insertion with customers.
• Act as a primary technical interface to Business Development.
• Contribute to customer‑funded and internal development programs at TRL 4–7.
• Develop scopes of work, proposals, and production pricing guidance.
• Provide technical leadership to project engineers.
• Build customer relationships to identify needs and opportunities.
• Strengthen AEC’s brand via industry events and engagements.
• Contribute to AEC’s technical knowledge base.
