Advocate Health has an outstanding opportunity for a General Anesthesiologist to join a Level I trauma center in Libertyville, Illinois. Advocate Condell Medical Center has been proudly delivered exceptional, high-quality care to residents in the north suburbs for more than 80 years. As part of a team, you'll work alongside dynamic, collaborative clinicians, who are deeply committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes in supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Highlights
  • Condell Medical Center is a 257-bed Level I center and the only Level I trauma center in Lake County, Illinois
  • Standard anesthetic care for general, MAC, regional, and neuraxial anesthesia
  • Opportunities to practice with a variety of surgical specialties from thoracic/vascular, bread and butter, pediatrics to L&D. No organ transplants.
  • About 30-40% inpatient and 60-70% outpatient care
  • ~15 Weekday Call 1 & ~15 Weekday Call 2 obligations per year. Post Call 1 always guaranteed of
  • Advanced Technology, State-of-the-art facilities, and continuously updated anesthesia equipment
  • Robust support system of partners, anesthesia techs, and APPs
  • Join the nation's third largest integrated health system where physician leadership and service line strength are core foundations

Training and/or Experience Required
  • Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
  • Board-eligibility or board-certification in Anesthesiology
