Make strategic trade-offs between opportunity, resources, and long-term AWS and partner outcomes
Represent complex strategic decisions to senior leadership (SVP level), articulating trade-offs and options with exceptional clarity
Identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
Work directly with senior executives in our partners to build marketing strategy and joint-marketing plans that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth from AWS and partner services
Develop deep knowledge of partner business objectives and investment priorities to inform and evolve strategy and execution effectiveness
Enable and orchestrate comprehensive regional marketing programs, ensuring alignment between partners and joint field marketing teams

Be the voice of our partners through setting goals, strategy, resourcing, roles and responsibilities, reporting, and measurement
Ensure strategies and plans proposed to partners fully account for the scope of AWS marketing capabilities and capacity available to support them
Direct external vendor strategy to support program execution and achieve goals, including Account-Based Marketing initiatives
Drive strategic and executional alignment across AWS and partner organizations, collaborating with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Partner Sales, Solution Architects, and senior AWS leadership
Build mechanisms, scalable frameworks, and organizational standards that scale marketing best practices, improve repeatable outcomes, and deliver long-term value for AWS and our partners
Champion and guide joint thought leadership content that positions AWS and partners as category leaders
Develop future leaders and guide managers in team development
About the team
